Hi. I'm Patricia, the founder of PeptaVive. Before you read another word, I want to say this in plain English: I built PeptaVive Men after watching what happens when men are handed one-line answers from a medical system that doesn't look at the whole picture. I take your privacy seriously because I'd want mine taken seriously too. This page explains exactly what happens to your information when you use peptavivemen.com. No tricks. No fine print designed to hide things.
Who we are
PeptaVive Men is the men's variant of PeptaVive — an AI-powered peptide, hormone, and supplement advisory platform. We're based in North Georgia. If you ever have a question about your privacy, email me directly at getpeptavive@gmail.com.
What we collect — the short version
- Your email address, if you sign up for the free trial, create a free account in one of our tools, or become a Member
- Your payment information, but only through Stripe — we never see or store your card numbers
- Basic visit information that every website collects (your IP address, browser type, pages visited) through our hosting provider, Netlify
- Information you choose to save, like the peptide vials, protocol notes, and lab values you enter into our tools — how this is stored is explained below
That is the entire list.
What we don't collect
I want to be specific about this because most websites bury it:
- We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Pinterest tracking, TikTok pixel, or any other third-party behavioral tracking
- We do not save what you type into most of our advisory tools on our servers unless you're a Member with an account. In-session tool inputs process your data and it disappears the moment you close the page
- We do not sell your information to anyone, ever
- We do not collect Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA, because PeptaVive Men is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse
How our tools work today
Our tools — including the Peptide Dose Calculator, the Peptide Tracker, the Interaction Checker, Rate My Stack, and others — run in your browser. The information you enter is used to calculate or display your results during your session.
Some tools, like the Peptide Tracker, save your entries locally on your own device using a feature called local storage. This means your vials, doses, and notes stay on the phone or computer you used to enter them. They are not stored on our servers, and we cannot see them. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, that information will not transfer.
For Members, we offer secure cloud-synced storage of your stack, reactions, and Ask PeptaVive conversation history so it works across devices. This data is stored in a secure Supabase database and tied to your account. You can request deletion at any time.
How Member onboarding works today
When you sign up, your email is added to our Mailchimp list and you receive a welcome sequence. Stripe processes all payments — we do not see or store your card details. As we grow, parts of this process may become more automated, and we will update this Privacy Policy when that happens.
How we use your information
When you give us your email, we use it to:
- Deliver your 7-day free trial access
- Send you welcome emails, occasional updates, and educational content about PeptaVive Men
- Process your Member subscription, if you choose to join
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs to help the site run securely and reliably.
Who has access to your information
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run PeptaVive Men:
- Mailchimp holds our email list and sends emails on our behalf
- Stripe processes payments
- Netlify hosts the website
- Supabase stores Member account data, including your stack, saved conversations, and preferences
- Anthropic powers Ask PeptaVive; your messages to Ask are processed by their API to generate responses
Each of these companies has its own privacy practices and security measures. We share with them only what's necessary to do the job they do for us.
We do not share, rent, or sell your information to advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal information. These include the right to:
- Know what information we have about you
- Request a copy of that information
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Opt out of marketing emails (every email has an unsubscribe link)
- Tell us not to sell your information (we don't sell it anyway)
To exercise any of these rights, email getpeptavive@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, or another state with consumer privacy laws, you have specific rights under those laws and we honor all of them.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small amount of local storage on your own device. This is what powers the 7-day trial countdown and the saved entries in tools like the Peptide Tracker. It lives on your computer or phone, not on our servers. You can clear it anytime through your browser settings.
We do not use behavioral tracking cookies.
Children's privacy
PeptaVive Men is built for adults, primarily men in their 30s and up. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We protect your information using industry-standard practices, including secure connections (HTTPS) across the entire site and trusted third-party providers (Stripe, Mailchimp, Netlify, Supabase, Anthropic) who maintain their own security standards.
No system is 100% secure, and we won't pretend otherwise. If something ever goes wrong, we will notify affected users promptly and follow all applicable breach-notification laws.
A note about medical information
PeptaVive Men provides educational information about peptides, hormones, and supplements. We are not doctors. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of peptavivemen.com after changes means you accept the updated policy.
